This work focuses on the study and development of biodegradable films suitable for the packaging of fresh and fresh-cut fruit and vegetables.

Based on the results obtained, CETEC has produced a practical guide that will help operators in the sector in the transition from the use of conventional films to the use of biodegradable films for fruit and vegetable packaging.
